1, would rather...(than)... = 寧可....(好過)....eg. I would rather die than listen to you. 我寧可死, 都好過聽從你
2, prefer ... to ... = 更喜歡
eg. I prefer the ice cream to the tiramisu. 我中意果個雪糕多過個芝士蛋糕.
