翻譯文:::

白玉竹笙

材料:
蟹腿-----300g
竹笙-----50g
豆腐-----1盒
薑, 蔥 , 蒜----各適量

調味料:
上湯--2大匙
味素 ,鹽 ,糖---各1/4匙
胡椒粉 , 麻油----各適量
日本太白粉-----適量

作法:
1.) 竹笙用清水泡開,除菌蓋網狀部份,淨後入鍋中燙一下取出.
2.) 豆腐切條狀,用竹笙捲起,調少訐鹽,味素和高湯,再加入蟹腿,然後蒸3分鐘取出.
3.) 調味料入鍋煮開,淋在表層即可

問題1.)
Bamboo dulcimer

Material:
Crab leg-----300g
Bamboo dulcimer-----50g
Bean curd-----1
Ginger, spring onion, garlic----Each just the right amount of

Seasoning:
Last soup-2 major spoon
Monosodium glutamate, salt, sugar-each 1/4
Pepper, hemp seed oil----Each just the right amount
Too white powder in Japan-----Just the right amount

Method:
1.)The bamboo dulcimer opens with the clear water bubble, the germ covers the net part, besides which, clean behind go in to burn to take out a while in the pot.
2.) The bean curd slices a form, curling up with the bamboo dulcimer, adjusting few Jie salt, the monosodium glutamate and stock for cooking, join again the crab leg, then steam 3 minutes to take out.
3.) The seasoning goes into a pot to cook to open, pouring in the surface layer then.

"Steamed Bamboo Pith Rolls"

Main Ingredients:
Crab Leg meat -- 300g
Bamboo Pith -- 50g
Tofu -- 1 piece
Small amount of Ginger, Scallion, Garlic

Sauce Ingredients:
Chicken broth -- 2 soup spoons
MSG -- a quarter table spoon
Salt -- a quarter table spoon
Sugar -- a quarter table spoon
Small amount of White Pepper powder, Sesame Oil
Small amount of Corn Starch
- Corn Starch - 鷹僳粉 或者 生粉之類 ﹐ 用來打Hin 用

Directions:
1) Soak the Bamboo Pith in cold water for ___ hours. Wash and Remove the side and tough part of the Bamboo Pith. Cook the bamboo pith in boiling water for about ____ seconds.

2) Cut the Tofu into thin slices size. Wrap the Tofu Strings inside the Bamboo Pith and roll it up. Mix the crab meat with some MSG, salt and sugar. Lay the meat on top of the Bamboo Pith on a plate. Steam the disk for 3 minutes

3). Mix a small amount of corn starch with cold water in a cup for a thin solution. Add the remaining sauce ingredient in a sauce pot and cook them until boil. Slowly add the corn starch solution into the the sauce until it thickens. Pour on the sace onto of the crab meat, and the dish is ready.
