Idea:
1. Running everyday
Like 800 m a day in moring
It might help your speed
2. Go to subway to 練閃人
It can help you not get stole from the other
It is a good idea
Do sit up to help you with your hand
And help you can throw three points
I used these idea to help me to be a point guard
