2) in the morning 要看成句句子意思, 一般會用simple present;
this morning會用past tense, 因為今朝的事已經發生

1.)是i can't talk to you noe.I am cooking a fish.因為是現在正在進行,so 用在正在進行式(present continuous tense)
2.)in the morning及this morning是這個早上,你應該是過了早上先會講this morning及in the morning,so用過去式(past tense)
