中國大陸墮胎合法,
無論懷孕幾多個月都可以墮胎,
而且, 每個家庭只能生一個小孩,
若再有了只能墮胎,
否則罰很重。

其實香港墮胎都合法架，
懷孕24周以下，
由兩個合法西醫簽名証明孕婦因某種原因不適宜繼續懷孕，
就可終止懷孕，進行合法墮胎。
