1.management diseconomies
Firms will become more complicated in structure when they expand.
Managerial problem arises as the communication between staff becomes time-consumong and it takes longer time to make decision.

2.financial diseconomies
When firms grow too large, their collateral becomes insufficient.
thus, the banks may charge a higher interest rate on their loans.

3.marketing diseconomies
When firms grow so large that it shares a large proportion of market share and the market eventually saturates.
Further expansion will result in higher cost of marketing.
