我申請學費減免
但是學費生資助辦事處要我交一年的薪金証明信俾他.但我唔知點寫..有沒有人可以help me??ps.因為公司唔知點寫...SO我想問有沒有人知道封信的樣本點寫
請列個FORMAT 俾我看??(要中文的不過英文都可以的)

簡單的比張報稅單佢地咪得囉.... 你公司要同你報稅格, 實有報稅單..anyway, 都可以咁寫:
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
It is writing to certifiy that Mr. Chan Tai Man has been being employed as the post of Senior Clerk since 1st March 2005 and he has received HK$120000 salary for the fiscal year from 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007.
