咩叫鹼式碳酸銅??

these two terms indicate exactly the same chemical
it is so called because copper II carbonate appears alkaline property such as involving neutralisation with acids
CO32- + 2H+ --> HCO3- + H+ --> H2CO3
i would suggest this property can be found in all carbonates, so I am quite confused hearing another name of this compound.
anybody know the origin?
