Make website?
You need to do 2 things: Organize and prepare.
Organize
You need to think the website is what about. Information? Sharing? This the most important, after that, you need to do it on.
You want to write it in flash? HTML? So you need to prepare some programs.
If you want the website has images, you need programs too.
Prepare
You need to prepare these programs:
Make webpage: Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver
Make images and animations: Ulead GIF Animator or Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Flash
Hosting: Yahoo! Geocities (free)
These programs are recommanded, they can make your website be more creative.
To write information, you can write them in tables, pages, this can make them more tidy. If write in sharing, you can write in tables, pages too, but remember to write clearly.
After you done, you can upload them, just use Geocities, there is 15MB space for you, as you use, you do not need to create one more account, just use your own account now.
