本人一直想從事fashion design,現正考慮apply Parsons.但家境不好,實在難以負擔...雖知有不少scholarship,financial aid 等,,,都知"考到先算"但如果考到先知負擔不起而放棄,相信我都會"揼"心而死
希望各位有類似經驗or讀design的朋友可以分享一下,俾少少意見/ 提議

1)以我的situation,poly與parsons邊個會較合?
因為我見parsons的錄取率比poly更高
競爭似乎更小@@
2)對int'l student除了TOEFL以外有咩學術上的要求?
F.5畢業後可否直接報讀?學院會否因只有 F.5 而非F.7而唔收?
學院收生只會看profolio同 parsons challenge嗎?
3)apply時係一次過sd所有野去嗎?以下list的足夠嗎?
4)int'l student需要interview嗎?
5)大約何時會收到result?
6)除了parsons,有其他更好的提議嗎?

我係你我會兩個都事下...因為唔讀gei話都可以睇下自已gei實力去到邊....
當然poly會平好多....
而parsons會貴好多....
但係如果你唔夠錢外國係唔會簽visa比你ga....
所以我係你我會去poly.....
or 今年考左先parsons....
同佢講唔夠money....
要save一年錢先再去....
佢地正常會接受ga....
係香港考IELTs(國際英語水平測試)....
會好D....去英國文化協會有得考.....
同my有 Art ...Design&Tec ....
同一課science會好D
如果pass的話...
會容易D比人interview...
不過你可能要讀一個一年gei課程先...
叫fandation year...
因為你唔夠學力...
佢係用黎see see你gei天份...
同比多D design知識你...
等你正式個course可以跟得上....
但如果讀得唔係太好就可能要say gd bey.....
你要send D profolio 去不過要gei時後佢會叫你....
佢會睇左D成績先叫你send ga....
佢會比個list你...你跟著send同做就得ga la....
有可能要interview ga....
通常會係phone interview....
睇下你D對答....好easy...
記住講慢D同clear D就一定pass.....
又有幾會叫你做個test ga....
都係好easy ga jar...
唔好吹得太大...又唔好太無自信gum 就pass ga la...
佢會話比你聽幾時ga...
不過你問下佢會好D....
你打電話去ask會快D知道....
大概八月左右laaa....
你重可以try 下英國gor D大學....
money都唔係貴好多....
好似 london school of design....
唔太難入 ga jar....

Parsons is my favorite one out of the 3 I looked: FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology), RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) and Parsons
Parsons is located in the middle of NYC, that's why it is so spread that you probably would think it is too far to walk to the dorms
1) if you think you are really talented, you can totally apply for Parsons. but poly is the best choice for your finance situation, because Parsons is around US$50000 a year
Parsons is extremely competitive because it is the best school
2) SAT score, ACT score. no, doesnt matter whether F.5 or F.7 graduate because system in USA is different
3) i think so
4) no, interview isnt required
5) i m not sure but i think it is April
6) FIT, Pratt, RISD, Academy of Art University, FIDM
