Coal 一字可以是countable，亦可以是uncountable。當解作煤或木炭時，Coal是uncountable。
但當解作燃燒中的煤塊時，則是countable。
所以
A. burning coal is countable
B. “because burning coals give out a lot of smoke and gases.” 是對的。因為從句子意思提到很多煙及氣，應不只是一塊煤塊。
