何謂(理財)七二法?

在投資的時候，當將「一筆過」的投資落工具上的話，幾時、幾多 % 年回報才能把錢 double 呢？就是用「72 法則」。月供就是 125 法則，原理相似。
「72 法則」&「125 法則」，可以應用在：

● 長線股票
● 月供股票
● 一筆過投資基金
● 月供基金
● 月供 MPF

這 2 個法則的前提是，用幾多年先可以將資金 Double / 變成雙倍。

「72 法則」是應用在一筆過投資的；「125 法則」是應用在月供方式的

公式就是：
《72 / 回報率》一筆過投資
《125 / 回報率》月供方式

例如我選擇一筆過投資的方式，要 10% 回報的話，那麼我就要用 7.2 年先可以比資金 Double

以下是一些例子：

年回報 幾多年才可以把錢雙倍 / Double
1 % = 72/1 → 72 年
2 % = 72/2 → 36 年
4 % = 72/4 → 18 年
6 % = 72/6 → 12 年
10 % = 72/10 → 7.2 年
12 % = 72/12 → 6 年
18 % = 72/18 → 4 年

月供形式的話，就是 125 法則：

年回報 幾多年才可以把錢雙倍 / Double
1 % = 125/1 → 125 年
2 % = 125/2 → 62.5 年
4 % = 125/4 → 31.25 年
6 % = 125/6 → 20.8 年
10 % = 125/10 → 12.5 年
12 % = 125/12 → 10.4 年
18 % = 125/18 → 6.9 年

七十二法（rule 72）是個簡易的計算方法，約莫算出需多少年或多少利息，本金才能翻一翻。

舉例：要知道100元以5%複息計，幾時可以變成200元：72÷5=14.4
即是說，約需14年多，5%複息便可以將100元變成200元。

亦可以調轉計，如果在10年內將100元變成200元，72÷10=7.2，
即需有7.2%複息，才可以達到目的。
