No. you need not to have tax vocher. as you a part time student, you could show the consel your student card and the doc to show when u gard. so that i could prove you have no intention to stay when u need to complete your master in Hong Kong.
For the bank statment, you need to have more money. may be they wouldn't check. but if they need to see it, you need to show you have plenty of money to afford your tavel in the States.
