Let there is 1 cm^3 of solution X.

So, mass of solution X = 2.42 g
Mass of X = 2.42 X 55% = 1.331 g
Number of mole of X
= Mass / Molar mass
= 1.331 / 106
= 0.01256 mol

Therefore, concentration of X in the solution
= No. of mole / volume
= 0.01256 / (1/1000)
= 12.6 M (mol dm^-3)
