The course coordinator (and sometimes together with another professor) will be there to talk to you in English. If there are too many applicants, all of you may be required to take a written test as well.
The first question they may ask is what you expect to benefit from the master's programme.
Secondly, they may want you to talk about your working experience. Actually, they are looking for students with a variety of experience and exposure who can share among other students during their studies.
I assume you are working during daytime and the classes are held in the evening. The interviewer definitely wants to find out if you can attend classes on time from 6:30-9:30pm for 2 or 3 days per week (it depends). He/She may phrase the question in a way that whether you have to travel frequently for business, what time you finish work in your office, whether you always have to work overtime...etc. They cannot verify your answers and you should know what to say ;-)
The interview is only about 10-15 minutes and you will be given a chance to ask questions at the end.
Good luck!
