I m fr HK in Paris now!
My bf he is a French,work for I.T. since i ll back to HK work in SEP, he wanna follow me go to HK! how he can get a job in HK? It s hard to apply in Jobsdb those sites, cause he is not in HK for interviews! It ll be take risk if he quit his job, straight go to HK seeking job?? in France, if someone wanna quit his job, they need to announce for resignation before 3months! we both annoying! can anyone can help?

If I were you I would stay in France with him because you love him. Do you think about him if he leave his parents and friends? It may be difficult to turn back if he work in HK for more than 5 years because of different labour policies between HK and France. You should ask him "Would you love me and follow me to stay anywhere?" If yes, no problem exsists already. Just quit and don't think anything. I am ready leave HK if I find a better place and start my new life.

He may take a long annual leave if possible and come to HK. Within the annual leave period, he must do his best to find a job in HK and then apply for a work visa.
Of course, the employer in HK must be willing to wait for him for 3 mths which represents the resignation notice period requested by his French employer. If not, he either needs to give up the chance in HK or pays compensation to the French employer for short notice, if applicable.
However, I suggest him taking a short break and coming to HK to see whether HK is a situable place for him at first as many foreigners cannot adapt HK's living style.
