名詞：行賄、受賄 的意思

所謂「貪污」是包括了行賄和受賄。行賄就是提供利益，受賄就是收受利益。受賄者收受利益後非法使用本身的職權，給予行賄者某些方便或特別待遇，無論行賄或受賄，同樣是犯法的。
