CPU fan failed

1. Open your case, turn on your PC
2. Check if your CPU fan is working or not. If not working, buy a new one.
3. If screen still prompt CPU fan fail, while CPU fan is working. Turn off your PC, un-plug your CPU fan to another electric pin source.
4. Turn on your PC again and see if the same message show or not.

If message is still showed on screen, but your fan is working, you can choose one of the following:
1. Ignore the CPU cooling fan monitoring in BIOS. This may be risky, but most of modern motherboard and CPU has temp. protection design, if overheat, it will turn off automatically.

2. Buy a new fan, check your socket number and CPU model, buy a new one. This method is safter.

go to Golden Center immediately and buy a new heat sink with fan for your CPU,
take a photo of your CPU, to show them ... and they will take care of you ...
very important, stop the computer now ... otherwise, once the CPU is overheat
and burned, you cannot get it back ...
