lety = kx^4,where k is constant
at beginning,
y[0] = k(x[0])^4
now,
y[1] = k{(1 + 10%)x[0]}^4
y[1] = 1.4641k．x[0]
the percentage change:
{(y[1] - y[0])/y[0]} x 100%
= (1.4641 - 1) x 100%
= 46.41%
