跑步可以減身體邊個部份? 減得最多係邊部份, 減唔減到手臂位? 跑幾耐先會做到有減肥作用??

跑步能減全身脂肪的運動
不過,
跑步係先減腳既先...
因為你係腳既肌肉在動,
所以那裡既細胞會先用腳既脂肪,

一星期要跑起碼2,3次先有用...
次次要有30mins以上...
仲有唔可以急速咁跑..
因為咁樣,d用不完既脂肪係會再變回脂肪...
反而慢跑可以令肌肉燃燒脂肪...
用不完既脂肪都唔會再變回脂肪...

一般既運動都減唔到既,....
只要晚上著住佢就可以輕鬆瘦身...
邊度都得...
有大腿,pat pat, 手臂,小腿..
點減都得...
如果要做d運動+就要有dd外力(如著束褲當打底褲+著壓力襪返學),
可以令運動事半功倍,就可以減得仲快
又可以在日晚激瘦...

跑步是帶氧全身運動,一般首20分鐘只是熱身,必須要做30分鐘或以上,才正式開始燒脂。至於可以減幾多,就要看你跑多少,因此你看到運動短跑不會有肥人, 但長跑大多是瘦的.

跑步也好,其他帶氧運動也好,都是全身減肥的。自然的減肥方法,是不會 <局部地區性減肥> 的,因為身體燃燒脂肪時,是不會選擇性限某區域來燒的。

所有帶氧運動,首20分鐘只是熱身,必須要做30分鐘或以上,才正式開始燒脂。一般要減肥的話,每星期2-3次,每次最少30分鐘,如果能夠做45分鐘以上更好。

至於邊個部份減得最多?當然是你身上最多脂肪的部位減得最多。通常是肚腩。
不過還是那句老說話:你無法控制身體哪個部位減得勁的,身體自動會調節。

Running can keep fit,but which part?

Running can keep your health strong ,your legs ,body and your hands fit and sttrong.
Do you know why?

It is because when you are running,your legs run,your body moves and your hands shake.So you can keep these part fit.
(I like running too!)

You want to know how much time you need to run so you can keep fit.
Let me tell you

You can&#39;t only run a few days or few weeks to keep fit.Running shold be a long long time thing.You must run everyday and each day you should run for one hour to two hours.

Please don&#39;t think running is a easy thing to do.

Running is very important thing you must do to keep fit but if you are not keeping fit,you shall also run each day.(I don&#39;t keep fit but I also run each day and do many exercises)
