- 人地咁大間公司出得既就應該正確既. 計算脂肪率係利用電流流入身體, 電阻既大小去計算, 因為脂肪會導電既肌肉就唔會. 呢種科技應用左好多年, 咁除非佢地有心欺騙消費者啦, 如果唔係準確度好高.
- 係全身既脂肪率. Body fat % 係計全身既. 話明係 "Body" fat.

用脂肪夾都得, 不過普通人好難夾得準. 用既人員都要受過訓練先得, 唔係人人用得岩. 我上堂時用過, 我地度既同Lecturer 度既差好遠.
而且唔同既身體部位要用唔係既formula去計, 得到既唔會係%, 而只係一堆指數, indicate 你某個部位肥唔肥.
你可以試下就咁用量尺去量度身體某d部位, 再用算式得出大約既body fat. 愈量得多身體部位就愈準. 但當然, 始終人手度準確度有限.

脂肪夾唔係淨用黎夾手指, 身體部位包括手臀, 腰, 腿都可以用. (圖:
