1. Noodle in running water
It is called "流し素麺" (nagashi so-men) in Japanese. In Chinese, it is translated into "流水冷麵" or 流水素麵.
Enjoying nooding in such a way is popular in Japanese family parties and picnics. They may set up batter-powered device of running water in a backyard for the purpose. Enjoying the food in an eating place is not as popular. Restaurants serving the food are usually located in the countryside, and the food is only served in summer.
