本人女兒今年６歲，已訂了機票在復活節去日本。但本人一時大意，遲了APPLY 護照，
但又沒有快證。請問有沒有朋友知道如果幫小朋友ａｐｐｌｙ ｂｎｏ是否要先有身份證，如不需要，那麼出境只有ＢＮＯ，沒有身份證會不會有問題？

It is already 10 yrs since 1997. Since your daughter is 6 yrs old, she was born after 01/07/1997, right?People born on or after 01/07/1997 cannot apply BN(O), even if his/her parents is a BN(O). They may try applying HKSAR passport instead.
HKID card is required if you apply HKSAR passport.
