I am pleased that I can have a lecture here. The topic which I want to lectour about pressure. Pressure means that it brings about the abnormal interference in phychology or physiology. But it always means the mental pressure. Different people have different pressure in their life. For example, students consider that it's stressful and hard for their homework. Policemen think that it's stressful to have too many tasks. Some students don't have enough money to pay the tuition. It's also the pressure of economy. It just likes I am lecturing now, I also feel stressful. It's easy to be sick to have so much pressure.
How to toward the pressure after we have known it?
The good communication skills can get well along with people. It also can make us more relaxed. If we want to improve our communication skills, we must notice the communicatin of speaking or not speaking.
We have to cope with problems in the way of good attitude. It means that we must be more active and toward the problem directly, find the new way to solve the problem out. Moreover, we can ask for help, do more exercise, take more rest or supply more energy, learn from the mistakes and make progress. We must abstain from the bad attitude. It means that we can't be so passive, avoid the problem, stubborn, smoking, drink, abuse drugs and we can't feel frustrated if you are lost.
