維他命A,K,E 都屬脂溶性維他命, 所以佢地既吸收, 儲存, 新陳代謝等都有密切既關係.

actually bot excessive vitamin A and E interfere with vitamin K absorption; and too much vitamin A interferes with vitamin D absorption (vitamin D is also one of the fat-soluble vitamins)
