天主教和基督教是否同一本聖經??

基本相同，只有少少分別。

舊約部份：

新教有 39 卷正典（Canon）

天主教除了 39 卷正典（天主教稱之為「第一正典」Protocanon）外，還包括 7 卷次經（Apocrypha，天主教稱之為「第二正典」Deuterocanon），亦即天主教在舊約部份有 46 卷

新約部份：

天主教及新教相同，27卷正典。

【附註】聖公會在某程度上也採納部份次經：「The Anglican Church uses some Apocryphal books for reading in church, but not to establish doctrine (Article VI, 39 Articles of Religion, 1801).
