About yeild it vary depending on coupon rate, time of maturity, security company or bank that you are purchasing from.

For how much yeild you can received from "if" 10,000(not even enough to purchase at all) it vary too due to whether it is govt. issued bond, corporate issued bond, or HKMA's bond. Due to rating difference, year to maturity, and what kind of bond (callable, none callable, or zero rate bond), it is very hard to tell.
