If I witness a miracle, how do I know which god, goddess, or deity to chalk it up to?

They would, the deadbeats. It would be me, of course.

They usually post their Avatars next to their miracles. Except Odin, he's just kinda lazy that way.

Well, God will reveal Himself to you. All "miracles" are not from God of the Bible. : )

Don't worry about it. Just because God performs a miracle it doesn't mean he is trying to prove a specific religion.

Most polytheistic people dictate what god controls what. Some research should reveal who you should give credit to.

There is only one creator of all things. If any other dieties do exist, they are minor players in a very big game.

The answer is quite obvious. You know in your heart that the FSM is the real deal. The only real question is whether you want to call the FSM a god, a goddess, or a deity. So, which is it?
