we need average diet , exercise and early to bed early to rise,will have stay healthy .we should eat to have untrition food , reduce eat snacks.In morning should do exercise every day,for example:running,swiming or play football...if a lot of eat unhealthy food may teeth torot,will get fat and may have long-term disease,serious will early death.

We need a balanced diet, regular exercise and sufficient sleep to stay healthy .We should have nutritious food and avoid snacks. Every morning, we should do exercise such as jogging,swimming or playing football. Eating excessive unhealthy food may lead to tooth decay, obesity, chronic diseases and even premature death.

We need an average diet, exercise daily, sleep and wake early to have good health. We should eat nutrious food, but not snacks, such as biscuits or chips. We should exercise every morning, such as jogging, swimming or playing socccer. If we eat too much un-nutrious food, we may have bad teeth, being obese or maybe into disease, we may even die!!!
