we need average diet , exercise and early to bed early to rise,will have stay healthy .we should eat to have untrition food , reduce eat snacks.In morning should do exercise every day,for example:running,swiming or play football...if a lot of eat unhealthy food may teeth torot,will get fat and may have long-term disease,serious will early death.
