I want to ask can i use australia dollar in New Zealand?
How much money do I need to bring, just for the meal both in New Zealand an Australia?

No you cannot use AUD in NZ
Dinner in Australia cost around AUD$ 20 per person for an average meal and half for lunch
Fast food cost aroung AUD $ 7
