One question about ratio

I think "33.1/3" means 33 1/3 (i.e. 33.33......), right?

33.33... m/s
= 33.33.... * 3600 m/h
= 120,000 m/h
=120,000 / 1000 km/h
=120 km/h

So, 20km/h : 331/3m/s
= 20km/h : 120km.h
=1:6

Express the following ratio in the simplest form.
20km/h:33.1/3m/s
=1:
