you can call the hkbn customer hotline and talk to their HEAD directly. remeber to mark down their name and initial and the time u complain, also ask for a complain no.
remeber dont talk to the customer services associate, they wont help and no power to help you. they will only refer or drop down ur case, and then no sound no picture until u call again.
if they still got no improvement or can not satisfy what you have require, then call the consumer hotline and logde a complain.
