e.g. o.5:0.4 since it is not in simpliest form, it is not easy to compare in ratio form.
Ratio is just a way to compare relationship between different quantity. So it is usually appear in whole number form. That's why they need to change 0.5:0.4 to 5:4 (just multiply both side by 10)
e.g. 2/7:1/6 = 12/42:7/42 = 12:7
e.g. 0.01:0.123 = 10:123

Remember: Just write your answer in WHOLE NUMBER(整數)

於是
0.5:0.4
=0.5/0.4
=0.5x10/0.4x10
=5/4
=5:4

係要化做整數!
舉例:
0.5:0.4

=0.5/0.4

=5/4

=5:4
