Pholcodine linctus is a cough suppressant. (應該係止咳)

Further precautions: Do not use you are sensitive to any ingredlent對藥物敏感勿用, or if suffering from liver disease or asthma有肝病或哮喘勿用. Never give to children under 1 year 小童一歲以下勿用, or use when pregnant or breast feeding (-----懷孕及飼奶勿用)except on the doctor's advice(-----除非得到醫生指示). Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a head injury or are epileptic, are alcoholic or already taking any of the following drugs找醫生如果你有頭痛, 癲癇症,酒精中毒及已服用下列各項 : alcohol, mexiletine, domperidone, metoclomparmide, tranq2uillizers or sleeping aids. Also if taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAIO's) or within 2 weeks or stopping their use. Contains sucrose and colours. Unsuitable for those with hereditary fructose interolance, glucose-galactose malabsorptoin syndrome or sucrose-isomaltase deficiency. Colours can cause allergic reactions and asthma, especially if you are also allergic to aspirin.
