Allow me to say that, either Associate Degree or High Diploma is not an option......
You have to spend similar $ and efforts as studying a Bachelor degree, but what you will get is just an Associate Degree/High Dip.
And I believe, nowadays, most employers, are still have no trust on the value of Associate Degree. And having an Associate Degree/High Dip in your future Resume will deter your overall portfolio.
Have you ever considered to re-take the Cert Exam?
Though you may apply the Bachelor degree thru non-JUPAS, the number of seats are much less than JUPAS.
