question on lens

i have a SIGMA 70-300 APO MARCO SUPER....bought for a long time...i want to ask is it can't fully function on the DSLR such as canon eos 400D?

yes, as long as it is a ef eos canon mount, however, some users report "hard to autofocus" ... but you can be in luck that problem does not occur.not bad a lens as an introductory long zoom ...
