開機時按F8, 進入安全模式.
Click Start -- Run, 輸入 NET STOP "MSDIRECTX"
再執行以下步驟:

Open Registry Editor. Click Start>Run, type REGEDIT, then press Enter.
In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>
Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
AV UpDate = "%System%\Spool\prtprocs\Update.exe"
(Note: %System% is the Windows system folder, which is usually C:\WINNT\System32 on Windows NT and 2000, or C:\Windows\System32 on Windows XP and 2003.)
In the left panel, locate and delete the subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>CurrentControlSet>Services>
msdirectx
Close Registry Editor.
