I don't think so.
1. You may try MSN extension like
http://www.msgpluslive.net,
which records many times for you (like "last seen online", available from "contact information"), but the latest version of it seems does not record the time you added other people or being added
2. Yes, as other have suggested, you can check the chat history to give an "earliest bound" (i.e. a time that would not be earlier than the actual adding time) when you added your friend, provided that you 2 have chatted.
