There will be no point to Saint Claus Village in the Summer as it is in Lapland which is up north. Finland in general very expensive, espcially in Summer, most hostle and cheap hotel will be book up soon. One night in Finland can cost about HK$150-300 (Budget). For Hotel one night is about Euro100 at low season. About transportation it will be alot cheap to take buses to get around city and between city. You will expect to spend at least HK$700 per day in Finland provided you live on very basic accomondation.
