Basically you dont get a real ticket... What you get is a flight iterary through your e-mail... And all you need at check-in is to give them your booking reference and your passport...
But in my experience, you dont usually bother with a booking reference anyway... As they will have your record in their system, and your record will come up as they type in your name...
So dont worry... I know that many people heart of th problem there could be with a e-ticket in Hong Kong of travel agency cancelling the ticket and things... But this wont happen with EasyJet as you are booking directly with the airlines... Also that they will also send you a e-mail if any changes being made to your ticket or change or flight information...

easyJet is a ticketless airline - there are no tickets, so all you need to fly is your passport. When you make your booking you will be given a booking reference. Make a note of this number, as it uniquely identifies your booking, as well as the details of your flights. (http://www.easyjet.com/EN/Book/importantnotes.html)
So there is no printed paper ticket for you, you need to copy or print the booking reference number along with you
