1. 在桌面按下滑鼠右鍵開啟 [個人化]。

2.在左窗格中，按一下 [變更桌面圖示]，然後執行下列其中一個項目：

若要從桌面移除資源回收筒，請清除 [資源回收筒] 核取方塊。

若要在桌面上顯示資源回收筒，請選取 [資源回收筒] 核取方塊。

3.按一下 [確定]。

Don't worry, reboot the machine, it should auto recover itself.
the trash can or recycle bin is system file, you should not be able to delete it.
