龍門站在禁區內伸手接住還在禁區外的球,算不算法犯手球?

守門員一定只可以在禁區內才可能用手，而且皮球也一定要在禁區內，只是守門員或皮球任何一方不在禁區的話，那便是犯規。







根據國際足協 Laws of the Game (Law 12 ---- Fouls and Misconduct) 也說明了守門員只可以在自己的十八碼禁區內用手觸球(除了己隊的球員以腳回傳給他外)：


"A direct free kick is also awarded to the opposing team if a player commits any of the following four offenses:


.... handles the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)"
The goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball by touching it with any part of his hand or arms. Possession of the ball includes the goalkeeper deliberately parrying the ball, but does not include the circumstances where, in the opinion of the referee, the ball rebounds accidentally from the goalkeeper, for example after he has
made a save.

以上的第12條球例說明了守門員可以用手和身體其他部份接觸皮球，但只限禁區內，而守員門和皮球在禁區外的話，便不可以用手觸球的 (因為守門員在禁區外，身份與其他場內球員一樣，以手觸球便是犯了「手球」，會被判罰 --- 即是使對方獲得 --- 一個直接自由球)，而且皮球只可以在禁區內才可以用手拿著。
因此，龍門站在禁區內伸手接住還在禁區外的球，肯定是犯手球。
