橫隔膜會唔會撕裂??
一次我練跑，橫隔膜抽筋抽得好西利
跑完之後橫隔膜痛左好耐
行多兩步路都痛
痛極都係哥個位，唔知係咪橫隔膜"傷"左

橫隔膜 can tear, but it's very rare and is usually caused by blunt trauma (like knife wounds). Running won't cause tear...
