If you can apply 旅遊簽證, 我建議你用旅遊身份入境美國, 再跟你男友結婚，than you can stay and wait for him to apply you.(在申請綠卡時，你要說本來沒想到要結婚，但相處了一段時間之後改變了想法)
你男友拿著green card和你 結婚, 你要等好耐先可以批核....大約3-5年.
My wife use 觀光簽證 come to see me, she stay 6 month until last day have to leave, we went to marry. because I was only green-card. so she went to school. we didn't apply her until 18 month later when I become US citizen. After I turn in the form. Paid fine ($1000? I forgot!). she can have permit to go to work even can go back to HK for visit. wait another 2 years for interview. she got her G-card. we were easy for interview because she already carry our baby at that time. US Govt have too proof your marrage isn't real to reject you or give you a hard time. My wife just become citizen after 3 yeas holding G-card.
She use 7 years to have her US passport.
some people metion about K-1. please understand, K1 is for 美國公民. 你男友在上年移民美國, that mean he have wait 5 years to become 美國公民.
Remember 如果妳是己申請移民,妳是冇可能可獲批旅遊簽証.
