水貨問題???

水貸係真貸, 只不過唔係由代理商入口, 而係由其他商舖直接到品牌出品地買貸又或者由其他有賣呢個牌子既地方入貸, 所以貸品可能會同代理商既有出入.

[行貨]即我們平時理解的[正貨]，行貨其實沒有法律上的定義，但行內有共識及共同標準。而一般人對行貨、正貨的標準及期望都有所不同，而絕大多消費者認定行貨或正貨是規最高的同類產品。

行貨:
-由生產商駐港分公司或法定代理商在香港發行之原裝產品。
-在港設有公眾維修中心，有原廠軟件、零件及技術支援。
-有原裝軟件提升服務。
-經本地網絡商測試。
-經香港政府認可標準(機電工程署)
-充電器多是三方腳的。
-有原裝中文說明書。
-有原裝中文軟件及鍵盤。


水貨:
-由外國代理商轉售香港水貨進口商。
-並無原廠保用或支援，有些店鋪會自行保用。
-生產商不提供軟件提升服務。
-沒經本地網絡商測試。
-沒經香港政府認可(機電工程署)。
-水貨的充電器多是二腳插頭。
-通常是外語說明書。
-經常會自行改裝中文，可能出現不相容情況，容易當機。

水貨又不等於假貨

They are real as well.

The key difference is: they are from different sources (compared to the ones from the authorized dealers). In general, there is specific authorized dealer for most of the brand names who is the one directly import the products from the head office. Since there is an agreement, the authorized dealer is the appointed company & the products will be sold at a certain level of price.

In some shops, they may import the products from overseas shops (e.g. you may bring in some nice items for your own shop when you are traveling in Japan) In fact, the products are also real, but not from the authorized dealer in Hong Kong.
