中文的名句應該如何翻成英文？「不在乎天長地久，只在乎曾經擁有」，英國一位詩人就曾經譯成It’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. 莎士比亞的《羅密歐與茱麗葉》也曾有一句Too early see unknown, known too late.就有點像「恨不相逢未嫁時」。我們平日多多留心發掘中西名言，要用起上來就得心應手了。
