1st of all dont be too worry. Make sure you dress nicely and try to relaxe yourself.
2 min self introduction is really nothing. you will probably need more than that...

Talk about yourself, your past work experience, your plan in the next 5 years, your strong and weakness (use some strong point and turn it and make it sounds like a weakness)
Ask more open question back so you can have the interview talk more. Example: the company history (you should do a little research too), the company future, their major competitor, the company enviroment, even like what is good place for lunch around the area.

There is no right or wrong answer, only if the interview will buy your points.
