麻煩的婚姻問題

第一婚姻會有效,但你爸可單方面提出離婚(簽紙),使婚姻無效,
另如果女方曾提出離婚,而你爸沒反對的話,婚姻也會無效.
只要你爸和她分居三年,任何一方可以不需對方同意下離婚

遺產方面只要你爸有立遺囑(或平安紙)那會根據其分配遺產.
如有人反對,那要打官司,要看法官.
遺囑方面最好到律師行處理,否則將來要證明是他所寫

如沒立的話,第一是夫妻,其次是子女
你是有權分遺產,如果你爸和她沒提出離婚,但分居很久
那你可以反對那女人分遺產,到時要看官的決定.
如果你爸沒給她生活費的話,你的勝算會大些

但無論如何,除非你爸立遺囑時沒有分給你,否則你是有遺產分的

1) 你爸爸如果同個女人結左婚, 簽左紙, 無正式簽離婚書, 就算個女人走左幾耐都好, 段婚姻重有效. 佢係有權分遺產.
2) 如果你媽媽同你爸爸無簽紙, 但係係195幾定196幾年前有攞過酒佢都有權分遺產.

如果你爸爸有立遺囑, 咁有無註冊都無關係.

As long as you get good lawyer, and prove that you have gene/DNA of your father ... he is your father even if you don't have birth certificate ...
you mom same way, if there is proved that you have gene from your mom, she is your mom ... and you are the one can prove that they have a relationship ...
In law, you have a better chance to get some 遺產, if your father does not have a special will .... you are the son/daughter, no doubt with proof.
But your mom, may not be the licensed wife, if there is some other lady registered to be the licensed wife.
The logics is you have a higher chance to get some 遺產.
