我要send 急件去加拿大d university呀，係普通文件，
但係個邊16號(即係呢邊17號)就deadline，
趕唔趕得切呢?
同埋用邊間express最好同埋點樣用個service?

DHL, highly recommended

if u can bring the letter to them in the morning, they can have it arranged to be departed in the same day!.
