please go to emergency department of nearest hospital if you are suspected of bone facture($100 and wait serveral hours). s/s including extremely painful, redness, deformity of limbs, swelling or hematoma. but remember x- ray cannot show abnormal of tendons, muscle or ligment. better go to chinese orthopedics for massage.
